Hi, I’m Holly-
I am a UX designer that loves working collaboratively to problem solve and bring design solutions to life. I’ve worked at design agencies and startups, and have gained experience connecting with and problem solving for customers and clients in a variety of roles - from project management to customer support and success.
After running my own creative business as a ceramic artist, I decided to get back into the digital space and train in UX design - I realized that I most enjoy collaborative problem solving that uses both my creative and critical thinking skills. Since completing that coursework I’ve been enjoying applying my organizational, investigative, and creative skills to user-centered design projects.
I am seeking a full-time UX design position, remote or in the Seattle area, and am also taking on freelance projects. If you’re looking for a creative thinker with experience in helping clients tackle their business challenges, I look forward to hearing from you!

I have explored a lot of different creative mediums over the years. Here are a few that I particularly enjoyed.
Ceramics
I created a line of animal-themed ceramics that I sold via my custom website, Etsy, design fairs, as well as wholesale. My work has been available in boutique stores across the U.S. including some local Seattle gems, like Lucca and Fruitsuper. I really enjoyed creating a cohesive style and experience for my customers through my website design, business cards, event setup, and packaging. I learned a lot and loved expanding my designs within my established aesthetic, but felt like I was ready to move on from this type of work. You can see more here.
When I first started learning digital design in college, I animated and coded interactive stories and games set in a colorful space fantasy world inspired by 80’s cartoons. I loved sketching ideas on paper, creating digital drawings, animating, playing with colors, and then coding the functionality. Here is the banner from that website. :)
